Who We Are
We are a secretarial firm with over 10 years of experience offering company secretarial services to corporate entities.
Under the Companies Act No 7 of 2007, every company having a turnover or stated capital of an amount stipulated by the Act should have a professionally qualified company secretary. We are able to provide these services, with our qualified staff ensuring appropriate and continuing statutory compliance with the Act. As we take this responsibility, our clients are free to run their businesses.
Our Team
The strength of our service revolves around the calibre of the people who work for us and are our greatest asset. This dynamic team is led by Mr J S Mather who is a former partner of a reputed global audit firm in Sri Lanka.
Our staff comprises of qualified Chartered Secretaries from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) UK and is supported by attorneys-at-law. The M&S team is not only a group of highly qualified professionals they also count several years of experience and expertise in the field of providing company secretarial solutions, with the reliability and integrity that is synonymous with M&S. |
