Our Team
LegalInc has a fast growing team of specialist lawyers headed by senior partner, Mr. Cecil Perera who has over 25 years work experience in corporate law and all other services offered by the firm. Prior to founding the firm, he functioned as the Head of the Legal Division in a premier Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka, and has worked for many years in a reputed legal firm in Sri Lanka. Our in-house team comprises of well qualified senior lawyers with a wide and in-depth range of experience in the commercial and other allied fields in which we offer our services.
We believe in delivering a service that at the least, meets client expectations. In order to offer this competitively in the dynamic environment of commercial legal practice, we also work with an external team who support and work alongside the in-house team of lawyers. In addition, a panel of consultants with industry-specific expertise in their respective fields assists our lawyers in order to provide a total solution that meets the requirements of each individual client.
